Skin/Theme Tools (creating a template hierarchy)

Tools for managing various 'skins', 'themes' or presentation layers on a site using the django template language. These are typically implemented as middleware.

Common use cases include skin selection by a user, or private branding or white labeling of an entire site. These tools manage a heirarchy, so only template files different from a base template need be altered.
